While I will not be enjoying green beer, I will enjoy a Jameson and Ginger. It's a simple drink. 1 part Jameson Irish Whiskey, 2 parts ginger ale, and a wedge of lime. You can find their recipe here. I first had it at a pub in NYC and have enjoyed it since.
